I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the waterslides in the water park were a blast and the spa services were top-notch. On the other hand, the overcrowding at the pool and inconsistent service left a lot to be desired. The combination of these factors made my stay somewhat enjoyable, but not without significant drawbacks.
